Memphis Me is of a series of tensed fabrics that are put together inspired by the playful geometry of Memphis style with the curves and rhythm of Art Deco. I use bold shapes, arches, stripes, and color to create a composition that feels energetic but balanced. The textiles add warmth and texture, softening the more graphic geometry and giving the piece a sense of depth and tactility. Iām interested in that meeting point between art and design.
